CD -Chakra Clearing Meditation

A Guided Meditation...

In the first meditation, you are relaxed into a deep state where you are guided through your charka one at a time, clearing and cleansing them. This means that, when you are ready, any thoughts/beliefs/events that you may have stored in them will be released.

As crystals work at much deeper levels than we are consciously aware of, they are able to help us to bring up stored beliefs and emotions for release. By adding the crystals to your charka before the meditation, you will be more prepared to see and release anything that no longer serves who you are today.

When you are ready to use your CD, lie down comfortably on the floor. (I find that if I lie on the bed, I fall asleep!) Put the crystals on your charka and then listen to the guided visualisation on track 2.

You may be aware of energy shifting within your body during the meditation. This is normal and may be felt as warmth, coolness, tingling, pins and needles or occasionally mild pain for a few minutes. By the end of the meditation, all forms of energy will have settled and be flowing more freely than when you lay down.

If you fall into sleep, do not worry. Sometimes sleep is just what you need! Other times your Angels will take you to deep places that you may or may not remember. This is also OK - know that things have shifted for you and watch for effects in your life!
